New buyer consent requirements for optional paid items

Due to new Shopify requirements, apps must now display costs and obtain explicit buyer consent before adding any optional paid items to Storefront, Cart, or Checkout.

• Remove option to hide price from checkbox product offer
• Update auto-add feature to work only for free or 100% discounted products
